Wild Ride opens for English guitar legend, Albert Lee, at The Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, January 9th, 2014.
Wild Ride rose to fame after opening for WAR (Dec. 2012) and Eric Burdon (April, 2013). The rock trio is based in Los Angeles, and is comprised of Marekman - lead guitar/singer (influenced by Chuck Berry, Keith Richards & Jimi Hendrix), drummer/singer - Kerri Berry and bass player - Charley Tichenor IV / Bob Saldana
Wild Ride won 2013 best artist at The Red Light District radio show. They have just released their latest EP - Wild Ride - Tribute to Johnny Perez. (Johnny was the late drummer for Sir Douglas Quintet, and their friend).
In September 2013, they toured from L.A. to St. Louis and Memphis, in support of their latest EP, including shows in Arizona, New Mexico, Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas and Kansas. They are looking forward to performing at the Wild Ride Music Festival, the 2013 Interfusion Music Summit, and opening for Albert Lee in January, 2014.
Wild Ride also plays many local shows in Los Angeles, including Universal City Walk, the Sunset Strip, the Canyon Club and more. Wild Ride has recently opened for Eric Burdon at The Canyon Club, Agoura, CA, and celebrated the release of their new EP, "Wild Ride Tribute To Johnny Perez " Johnny was their friend, drummer for Sir Douglas Quintet, and the owner of the famous Topanga Skyline Studios.
